Your Responsibilities

To ensure the success of our pest control services, we ask that you:

• Provide accurate information about the pest issue, including the type of pest, severity, and affected areas.
• Ensure access to all areas of the property where treatment is required, including indoor and outdoor spaces.
• Follow any pre- or post-treatment instructions provided by our team to maximise effectiveness and safety.

Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers. A quote will be provided before work begins, and any additional costs will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.

Service Modifications

If you need to modify or cancel a scheduled service, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee to cover costs already incurred. We will do our best to accommodate changes where feasible.
